- What You’ll Be Doing
- Connect with clients to understand their financial goals, lifestyle needs, and long-term vision
- Create custom insurance plans using term life, whole life, and universal life products
- Provide insight on topics like retirement planning, income protection, and risk management
- Foster trust and build lasting relationships through follow-ups, education, and client care
- Use CRM tools and workflow systems to stay organized and responsive
- Meet or exceed performance goals while ensuring full regulatory compliance
- Stay up to date with California-specific regulations, insurance trends, and product updates
- Explore opportunities to offer clients additional financial solutions where appropriate
- What You Bring
- A valid life insurance license in the state of California
- 3+ years of experience in life insurance, financial services, or a client-centric sales role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to genuinely connect with people
- Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools to stay efficient and organized
- A consultative approach to sales — focused on client needs, not quick wins
