Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, recently voted #1 in the nation as the best large mortgage company to work for by National Mortgage News, is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to join our team!
What youโll be doing
- Lifecycle Strategy & Campaign Design
- With VP of Digital and Brand Experience, defining lifecycle stages and campaign strategies across our four key lifecycle stages: awareness, nurture, conversion and retention.
- Owning the maintenance of all customer-facing automated journeys to ensure all touchpoints to the customer are well-timed, value-added and converting. This includes lead, in process and post-closing touchpoints.
- Reporting on effectiveness of our journeys and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Consulting on and recommending one-off sends in coordination with automated campaigns to drive business opportunity.
- Developing segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, high-impact communications that nurture and convert.
- Journey Orchestration
- Mapping cross-channel customer journeys and touchpoints across multiple channels and platforms.
- Defining triggers and timing in customer-facing journeys.
- Partnering with CRM teams to execute campaigns accurately and consistently for best performance.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Monitoring lifecycle performance by stage and segment.
- Identifying gaps, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities.
- Recommending improvements to messaging, timing, and content.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Providing content direction to copywriters and email designers on best practices for best execution.
- Coordinating closely with CRM team and technology teams to build A/B testing of messages and campaign buildout for content delivery.
- Reporting to senior leadership with both quantitative and qualitative analysis to understand customer behavior, identify friction points and surface opportunities to improve conversion.
- What youโll bring
- Mortgage marketing experience highly desired
- Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience a plus
- Proven track record of product or lifecycle marketing experience with examples of driving customer engagement across email and SMS marketing
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation technology โ 3-5 years
- Total Expert experience highly desired
- Data-fluency and analysis of journeys. Ability to quickly dig into dashboards and analyze findings, recommend A/B testing scenarios and present findings to leadership
- Creative background a plus, specifically in email content and design
