Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) in production environments
Strong experience supporting bare metal Linux servers
Experience with VMware vSphere administration and virtual infrastructure
Hands-on automation experience using Ansible, Bash, or Python
Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters
Solid understanding of networking, storage, and system performance tuning
Experience with patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management
Scripting and troubleshooting in enterprise Linux environments
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with OpenShift or enterprise Kubernetes distributions
Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform preferred)
Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, or similar)
Knowledge of security hardening and compliance standards
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Red Hat certifications (RHCSA, RHCE)
