Job Description
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Live Chat Agents to provide real-time support to customers via online chat. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling options, including day and night shifts, and availability for both part-time and full-time work.
- As a Live Chat Agent, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience through written communication.Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate chat records
- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate
- Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Strong typing and multitasking abilities
- Customer service–oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Basic computer skills and comfort using chat platforms and CRM tools
- Availability to work scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, live chat, or support roles
- Familiarity with online customer support tools
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
