As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. You will engage with customers in real-time to address their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may have. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
