- Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
