Career is a Force for Good! WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview): Develops and/or administers the organization’s employee benefits programs to include medical/dental coverage, short- and long- term disability.

This is a 100% remote position Responsibilities • Evaluates present programs through research, surveys, and analysis of benefit trends to ensure plans are competitive and current. • Evaluate benefit plans for bolthires-benefit analysis; develop recommendations for implementation of new programs, benefit options and/or revision of current plan provisions.

• Ensure appropriate communications are sent out for both regulatory and employee communication purposes. • Provides consultation to field units regarding eligibility, plan provisions, contribution policies, enrollment and legislative requirements. Interface with third-party administrator regarding benefit administration issues. • May calculate benefits due and issues drafts for payments. Requirements • Bachelor's degree required. • Minimum 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
