Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Documentation & Compliance Associate to support loan transactions, contract administration, and corporate compliance across our portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a title company, commercial lending, loan processing department, or transactional legal environment who thrives in managing documentation-heavy workflows and coordinating closing timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Loan & Transaction Support
Β· Assist in preparing and reviewing loan documentation packages
Β· Coordinate execution and collection of closing documents
Β· Track closing checklists to ensure timely completion of all requirements
Β· Communicate with lenders, borrowers, and legal counsel
- Β· Maintain organized electronic loan and contract files
- Monitor post-closing deliverables and follow-ups
- Contract Administration
- Draft and revise agreements using approved templates
- Review contracts for completeness and consistency
- Prepare documents for execution and maintain tracking logs
- Manage contract and compliance calendars
- Insurance Oversight
- Collect and review Certificates of Insurance to confirm contractual compliance
- Assist with insurance applications and renewals
- Corporate & Regulatory Compliance
- Monitor portfolio entities to ensure ongoing state compliance
- Assist with corporate filings and reporting obligations
- Support the coordination, renewal, and maintenance of relevant corporate business licenses and related documentation to maintain regulatory compliance, including any FinCEN-related requirements
Qualifications
- Required:
- 2β5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Title company operations
- Loan processing or loan administration
- Commercial lending environment
- Transactional legal support
- Strong document management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred:
- Experience with commercial loan documentation
- Familiarity with UCC filings, lien searches, and recording processes
- Experience managing closing checklists and funding timelines
