As an Logistics Coordinator within our Sales Department, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of promotional product orders. This role requires someone who is adaptable, proactive, and driven to exceed expectations. You’ll be backed by innovative tools and technologies that empower you to deliver quick, seamless solutions to our clients.
- Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue purchase orders to vendors using our CRM platform, Syncore
- Communicate with vendors and carriers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery
- Clean and format raw data from our redemption site using Excel
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to coordinate multi-location dropship orders
- Understand domestic and international shipping logistics and requirements
- Support Finance with billing discrepancies and vendor invoice resolution
- Partner with the Sales Team to deliver top-notch customer service and communication
- Work closely with Shipping, Receiving, Kitting, and Embroidery departments to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment
- Requirements
- 1–2 years of business experience (industry experience is a plus, but not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP skills required)
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and order management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving problems
- Fast learner with a strong sense of initiative and accountability
- High energy, team-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
