This Project Is About
The channel explores a wide range of documentary subjects, including: Viral moments, history, science, TV series and films, politics, bodycam footage, memes, disaster recordings, true crime, cultures, and curious, extreme, or shocking real-world facts.
Your Responsibilities • Research compelling real-world cases that fit a documentary format • Evaluate why a case works (emotional weight, narrative structure, psychological depth) • Ensure that authentic documentary footage exists (original clips, interviews, news coverage) • Write clear, well-structured scripts for calm, restrained documentary narration, matching the tone, pacing, tension build-up, and structure of the reference video/script • Provide the primary sources and links used for research You Are Not Responsible For • Video editing • Thumbnails • Music • Voice-over
This Role Is Not a Good Fit If You • Primarily write generic list-based content • Focus on SEO-driven blog writing • Produce bolthires automation scripts • Default to selecting only the most famous or overused cases
This role is best suited for writers who value depth, restraint, and original case selection.
Test Task (Required) Before proceeding with a full script, please send me a short message. If the collaboration seems promising, you will then be asked to complete the following research test. Test – Research 1. Research two new cases that fit the documentary topic and format, with storytelling strength and available footage comparable to the cases used in the reference video: “10 Final Goodbye Videos Recorded Just Before Death” 2. Reference video: 3. A reference script has been created that is 100% based on this video.
It should help you identify cases that could be seamlessly integrated into the existing structure. Please note: the video title of the reference video is misleading. 4. The focus is not on people who died after recording a farewell. Instead, it centers on people who believed they were about to die, recorded a farewell video or final message, and survived against all odds. 5. From the two researched cases, select only one case and write the full short segment so it would naturally fit into the reference video as an additional case, matching the same tone, pacing, tension build-up, and narrative structure.
