Hi,

I’m an independent inventor with a brand-new mechanical invention in the sports equipment / marine propulsion space. I’m looking for a skilled US patent attorney who wants to become a long-term strategic partner on this project.

This is not a one-off job. I need someone who will work with me for the next 3–5+ years as we build a strong, expanding patent portfolio through provisionals, PCT, continuations/divisionals, EP filings, and office action responses.

Im looking for someone who is positive, a long-term planner to help me build out and execute my IP strategy to dominate a new category in the marketplace. I want you to help as if this is your invention, mission, and experience the journey of controlling some cool IP around the world. This will, in the long run, help you build out your successful portfolio of IP you have created for your clients.

What the role involves:

Drafting extremely detailed US provisional applications (multiple embodiments, full enablement, reference-numbered drawings)

Undestanding of mechanics to help be sure we covder all possible variations to design this device.

Preparing and filing PCT applications

Entering national phase in USA, Australia, Europe (EP), and Canada

Filing strategic continuations and divisionals as needed

Responding to office actions

Helping build a robust IP wall that blocks copycats

I already have extensive notes, drawings, and multiple design variations prepared. The invention has strong commercial potential, and I want an attorney who is excited to grow with it and treat this as an ongoing relationship rather than a single project.
