Key Responsibilities:
- Provide math instruction to students in grades 6-8, aligned with the Illinois Learning Standards
- Support English learners using high-impact instructional strategies and interventions
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and welcoming learning environment
- Develop and implement differentiated math instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Participate in data-based decision making and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Professional Educators License with Middle School Math endorsement
- ESL endorsement or transitional bilingual endorsement (preferred)
- Successful teaching experience desired, but not necessary
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
