Job Description
LOOKING FOR A PPC/MARKETING SPECIALIST —
INDIVIDUALS ONLY, NO AGENCIES
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on PPC specialist to join us on an ongoing basis. This is NOT a set-it-and-forget-it role — we want someone who is genuinely invested, communicates proactively, and works closely with us week to week.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Google & Bing Campaigns
— Conduct a thorough audit of existing campaigns
— Identify keywords that are wasting budget and eliminate or restructure them
— Ensure all quality scores are optimized
— Provide clear suggestions and implement approved changes
Note: Google is already in solid shape, so this is more about refinement, optimization, and keeping things tight — not a full rebuild.
Meta Ads (REQUIRED)
— Come up with strategy together, setup, and ongoing management of Meta campaigns
— Creative guidance and audience targeting (again, team-work)
Quora & Reddit Ads (REQUIRED)
— Experience running and optimizing campaigns on both platforms is a must
— Comfort with niche targeting and community-based advertising
Email Marketing & Non-Search Marketing (REQUIRED)
— You should be fluent in email marketing strategy and execution
— Broader non-search marketing experience is essential
WHAT WE EXPECT
— 15–20 hours per week, consistently
— At least 1–2 syncs per week (video call) — communication is key
— Proactive reporting: don't wait to be asked, flag issues and opportunities early
— Someone who treats this like a partnership, not just a task queue
WHO YOU ARE
— An individual specialist — PLEASE DO NOT APPLY if you are an agency or will be outsourcing the work
— Fluent in English, clear communicator
— Proven track record across the platforms listed above
— Comfortable working closely with the product manager and taking direction while also bringing your own ideas
