Responsibility : ? Reviewing and evaluating content uploaded to the bolthires platform. ? Ensuring content conforms to bolthires?s policies and guidelines. ? Identifying and removing offensive or inappropriate content. ? Handling user complaints and reports related to content quickly and effectively. ? Address content moderation issues by communicating with team members and other stakeholders. ? Making recommendations for policy and guideline changes and implementing them. ? Sharing and following best practices in teamwork.
? Ability to work in different shifts. Job Qualifications : ? High School Educational Certificate or equivalent educational qualification. ? Experience working on social media platforms. ? Thorough knowledge of the bolthires platform and its policies. ? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. ? Ability to review job descriptions with high focus. ?
