- Requirements for the role
- License: LPC or LCSW - must be licensed to work independently
- MASTERS DEGREE REQUIRED - In Counseling, Social Work, or Substance Abuse Treatment
- Active State License in the state of Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, Kentucky, or Texas
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth addiction group and individual counseling sessions.
- Develop tailored individual treatment plans.
- Use evidence-based interventions.
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans.
- Perform case management and care coordination duties
- Provide support and education.
- Maintain confidential records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Stay updated on counseling trends.
- Participate in professional developments
- Qualifications and Experience
- LPC or LCSW license
- Must be licensed to work independently without supervision
- Addiction counseling specialization preferred.
- >= 2 years addiction counseling experience preferred.
- Proficient in secure EHR platforms.
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate and non-judgmental.
- Ethical and professional.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
