Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced LPCC-S to join our team as an independent contractor. This role combines clinical service provision with the opportunity to provide clinical supervision to other licensed and pre-licensed counselors. This position is ideal for professionals who value flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to shape a growing team of mental health providers.

Conduct individual, family, or group therapy with children, adolescents, and/or families
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to LPCCs, LPCs, or other mental health clinicians
Review and co-sign documentation when necessary
Ensure ethical and clinical best practices are upheld within supervision
Assist in developing treatment planning strategies and case conceptualization for supervisees
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Ohio state requirements
Option to provide virtual supervision and therapy services

Qualifications

✅ Active Ohio license: LPCC-S (Supervisory designation required)
✅ Minimum 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure
✅ Prior supervision experience preferred but not required
✅ Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices
✅ Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor
✅ Experience with telehealth is a plus
