Overview We are seeking an experienced Luxury Short-Term Rental Brand & Content Strategist to build the brand foundation and marketing strategy for a high-end, owner-managed vacation home located near Dune Allen Beach on Florida’s 30A. This is a strategy-first engagement. Our goal is to attract multi-generational families who value understated luxury, cleanliness, and ease, and to drive repeat guests and year-in-advance bookings. This role is not a social media posting job. We are looking for a senior-level marketer with hospitality or luxury lifestyle experience who understands guest psychology and long-range booking behavior.
Property Snapshot •5 bedrooms (4 King ensuite, 1 Queen ensuite) • Ideal group size: 10–12 • Private pool, golf cart, gourmet kitchen, ice machine • Game room, screened porch, outdoor dining • Quiet, upscale, family-friendly location • No pets, no smoking, no parties Scope of Work Phase 1 – Brand & Guest Strategy • Ideal Guest Avatar(s) with emotional drivers and objections • Brand positioning and differentiation for a luxury 30A home • Voice and tone guidelines (understated, warm, confident) Phase 2 – Marketing & Content Strategy • 6–9 month content strategy aligned to 2026 booking goals • Channel strategy (Website, VRBO, bolthires, Facebook, Instagram, Email, etc.) • Storytelling framework (light personal narrative, home-focused) Phase 3 – Execution Framework • Sample monthly content calendar • Social post examples and captions • Newsletter outline and sample copy • Repeat-guest nurture flow Ideal Background • Experience in luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle branding • Demonstrated STR or vacation rental marketing experience • Strong long-form and short-form writing skills • Comfortable working with an engaged owner-operator • Strategic thinker who prioritizes quality over volume To Apply, Please Include 1.
