Epiq Counsel is actively building a curated roster of senior M&A Lawyers to support our corporate clients on high-impact legal matters. We are seeking experienced lawyers with deep expertise in M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and investment transactions to join our flexible talent pool for upcoming interim engagements.

    We are actively seeking M&A Lawyers located anywhere in the United States with the following qualifications:
  • 10+ years of legal experience with a strong focus on M&A and transactional matters. Experience leading and executing complex domestic and international transactions, including:
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side)
  • Divestitures and carve-outs
  • Joint Ventures and strategic alliances
  • Investment transactions (equity, convertible instruments, etc.)
  • Background in both top-tier law firms and in-house legal departments preferred.
  • Licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing with at least one state bar.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
  • JD Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside.
  • Epiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.
    Support our multinational corporate clients on the following:
  • Lead and execute complex domestic and international transactions.
  • Drafting and negotiating definitive agreements and related documentation.
  • Managing and coordinating due diligence and deal execution.
  • Advising on transaction structure and risk mitigation.
  • Supporting corporate finance transactions, including debt and equity offerings, credit facilities, and securitizations.
  • Professional immersion in diverse corporate cultures and industries.
