Confidential company is a fast-growing marketplace in the small business acquisition space, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their Chicago team. The role involves full-cycle, outbound-heavy inside sales, working with small business owners exploring selling their companies, and requires high-volume activity and structured discovery.


Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle, outbound-heavy inside sales
  • You'll be working with small business owners who are exploring selling their companies — from first cold call through listing
  • High-volume activity, structured discovery, financial analysis, real conversations, and a short ramp to meaningful impact

Skills

  • 1–3 years in sales (inside sales, startup, or high-call-volume environments) — or a sharp new grad
  • Comfortable making hundreds of outbound calls per week
  • Resilient, competitive, and genuinely curious about business
  • Former athletes are encouraged to apply
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot a plus)
