The role involves full-cycle, outbound-heavy inside sales, working with small business owners exploring selling their companies, and requires high-volume activity and structured discovery.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle, outbound-heavy inside sales
- You'll be working with small business owners who are exploring selling their companies — from first cold call through listing
- High-volume activity, structured discovery, financial analysis, real conversations, and a short ramp to meaningful impact
Skills
- 1–3 years in sales (inside sales, startup, or high-call-volume environments) — or a sharp new grad
- Comfortable making hundreds of outbound calls per week
- Resilient, competitive, and genuinely curious about business
- Former athletes are encouraged to apply
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot a plus)
