Temporary Management Analyst

Looking for a Temporary Management Analyst opportunity where you can use your 1+ year of experience in public entity risk management, insurance or public disclosure? This 6-month temporary contract offers the chance to support a mission-driven public housing agency that serves the Seattle metropolitan region. The organization provides affordable housing and vital support services including education, job training and social services to more than 50,000 residents.
In this Temporary Management Analyst role, you will support the Risk Management team in a professional office environment in Tukwila with a hybrid schedule. You will help protect the organization through compliance, public disclosure response, insurance coordination and risk analysis. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in public sector risk, insurance or regulated industries who wants meaningful work, competitive pay and valuable public agency experience.
Temporary Management Analyst Duties:
o Respond to Public Disclosure Requests and ensure compliance with public records laws
o Coordinate insurance programs including procurement, renewals, certificates and coverage evaluations
o Track and manage claims while providing loss control guidance to departments
o Support Risk Management budgeting, cost allocations and financial forecasting
o Oversee small projects, manage ergonomics program tasks and process invoices
Schedule:
o Day Shift
o Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Hybrid schedule - 2 days work from home)
Pay:
$38.43 per hour
Temporary Management Analyst Requirements:
o Associate degree in risk management, insurance or business
o 1-3 years of experience in public entity risk management, insurance or public disclosure
o Knowledge of enterprise risk management principles and public records laws
o Experience with insurance policy review, claims coordination or cyber incident response
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams and Excel
