About the Role

As Manager, Operations Execution & Training, you’ll deliver and manage dynamic training programs for key operational stakeholders – including franchisees, managers, and support staff. You’ll facilitate in-person workshops and virtual sessions, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities and operational standards.

This is a high-impact role that blends facilitation, coaching, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will also be a key contributor in designing and adapting learning programs that drive performance in a competitive QSR environment.

Key Responsibilities

    Facilitate Franchisee Training Programs
  • Lead delivery of in-person Graduation Week training, providing hands-on coaching, brand immersion, and operational walkthroughs.
  • Act as brand ambassador and subject matter expert, ensuring franchisees are equipped to operate with confidence and excellence.
    Deliver Training Development Sessions
  • Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual sessions for franchisees, restaurant managers, and field teams focused on operational excellence and brand consistency.
    ✍️ Create & Customize Learning Programs
  • Develop and tailor training content to suit specific audiences and delivery formats (in-person, online, virtual).
  • Ensure clarity, relevance, and engagement in all training materials.
    Collaborate Across Teams
  • Partner with Field Operations, Curriculum Development, and other key stakeholders to keep training aligned with brand standards and business goals.
    Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in training facilitation (restaurant or retail operations strongly preferred)
  • Strong facilitation & presentation skills (virtual + in-person)
  • Understanding of restaurant operations and the ability to coach in real-world settings
  • Experience with content development and learning design
  • Adaptability to varying regional needs and learning styles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Willingness to travel 30–60% across the Northwest region
  • Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and LMS (preferred)
