About the position
As a Manager of Project Management at Capital One, you will drive strategy and execute high-priority projects within the Financial Oversight, Reporting, & Controls Execution team. This role involves overseeing financial controls and governance for Retail Bank's Real Estate Operations and Capital Investment, ensuring effective vendor management and financial analytics to support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
Β Lead projects and programs, providing strategic direction to teams and partners.

Β Develop, monitor, and present financial forecasts and budgets for Retail Bank's Facility Management and Capital Plan.

Β Implement and improve financial controls and governance processes to ensure accuracy and vendor compliance.

Β Negotiate and track Third-Party Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Β Manage vendor relationships, serving as the primary contact for finance, utility management, payroll, etc.

Β Use problem-solving and influencing skills to mitigate risk and align stakeholders.

Β Collaborate cross-functionally to provide strategic and tactical support.

Β Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.

Requirements
Β At least 4 Years of Project Management

Β At least 2 years experience in financial analysis

Β At least 2 years of Vendor Management experience
