- Oversee monthly commissions processing and payments for sales partners
- Initiate and implement program improvements while maintaining documentation
- Ensure optimal sales team operations and identify process efficiencies
- Lead a team of Sales Operations professionals and provide constructive feedback
- Manage sales compliance and conduct audits to ensure adherence to regulations What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management, operations, project management, or a related field
- Health care experience required, with Medicare and/or Marketplace experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- College degree preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with Medicare and Marketplace operations
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong analytical skills to address escalations and implement solutions
