Manager, Specialty Property Operations
Overview of Position

We are seeking a Manager, Specialty Property Operations, to lead our Client Support Group, a team responsible for processing premiums, managing errors, monitoring tracking and compliance reports, and ensuring seamless operational support for our clients and business partners.
In this role, you will manage a customer-focused team dedicated to accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. You will work closely with Product Managers and internal partners to ensure smooth and effective processes that support both client needs and business objectives. - What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
- Hire, lead, develop, engage, and coach associates, ensuring performance, quality, and compliance standards are met and maintained.
- Manage the daily operations of the Client Support Group, including premium processing, error resolution, and adherence to tracking and compliance requirements
- Oversee and analyze tracking reports to ensure regulatory and internal compliance standards are consistently achieved.
- Partner closely with Product Managers to identify process improvements, resolve operational issues, and support efficient end-to-end workflows.
- Communicate performance goals and expectations; evaluate employee performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Produce and review daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality reports.
- Delegate responsibilities to team leads or senior associates as appropriate and support their development.
- Coordinate training and ongoing skill development to ensure team readiness and consistency.
- Handle escalated or complex client and operational issues while maintaining a professional and solutions-focused approach.
- Build and maintain effective internal and external working relationships, collaborating across departments to support client and business needs.
- Participate in client meetings and special projects as needed.
- On occasion, work extended or weekend hours based on business needs. What are the requirements needed for this position?
- High school diploma/associate's degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in a team-oriented environment.
- 2+ years of prior management or supervisor experience, including coaching and developing employees. What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
- Experience in a processing or operational support environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) industry and/or possession of a P&C license.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, poised demeanor with the ability to adapt to changing workflow volumes.
- Proficiency and experience with tracking systems and mainframe applications
- Working knowledge of PMS (Policy Management System) and Assurtrack.

Pay Range:
$64,900.00 - $108,200.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
