Managing Director — New Operations (Remote Office Position) Compensation: Exceptional performance-based earnings + draw potential * Overview An established hedge fund with a long operating history is expanding its remote office footprint. We are seeking experienced Managing Directors with a demonstrated background in raising capital—professionals who can independently originate, develop, and close investor relationships. This is a production-driven role built for individuals who want to operate their own office while leveraging the firm’s infrastructure, track record, and operational support. Access to the firm’s proprietary accredited investor pipeline may be made available once a producing office is established and aligned with internal standards. This is a non-exclusive platform. Many of our offices maintain additional income streams or related business activities, provided there are no conflicts of interest. There is no requirement to abandon an existing book or professional focus if it aligns appropriately. What Makes This Role Different True Autonomy: Operate your own remote office within a structured, proven platform. High-End Compensation: Aggressive payout structure tied directly to assets raised and retained. Proprietary Pipeline Access: Opportunity to work firm-generated accredited investor opportunities once production benchmarks are met. Non-Exclusive Structure: Maintain other business activities or income streams where appropriate and non-conflicting. Shared Economics: After year one, participate in lead generation on a 50/50 basis—creating long-term pipeline value. Selective Investor Base: Focus on qualified, accredited investors within a disciplined framework. Growth Path: Opportunity to evolve into sub-advisory roles for candidates with verified, low-volatility performance. Responsibilities Originate, develop, and close relationships with accredited investors and business owners. Present the firm’s strategy in a clear, professional, and compliant manner. Guide prospects through onboarding and funding. Operate independently while leveraging firm support, analytics, and systems. Build and manage a long-term book of business. Ideal Candidate Background with Schwab, Merrill, Fidelity, Morgan Stanley, or an RIA preferred. Direct, verifiable track record of personally raising investor capital (not solely as part of a team). Existing relationships and the ability to independently source and close high-net-worth investors. Confident communicator with disciplined work habits and strong market understanding. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently. Compensation Performance-based structure with substantial upside tied directly to AUM growth.
