Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned QA Lead with strong experience in Manhattan Active WMS (Warehouse Management System) to lead quality assurance efforts across implementation and integration projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all QA activities, ensuring that system deliverables meet business and technical requirements with high quality.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA activities for the implementation and upgrades of Manhattan Active WMS.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Coordinate and perform different types of testing (Functional, Regression, System Integration, UAT, and Performance Testing).
- Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking tools like JIRA, ALM, or equivalent.
- Ensure that QA deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Provide regular testing status updates to project stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members, ensuring adherence to QA best practices.
- Participate in release readiness reviews, ensuring software is production-ready.
- Collaborate with the DevOps and support teams to maintain test environments and facilitate test data setup.
