Sensis is a data-driven, integrated marketing agency focusing on culturally-relevant marketing communications. They are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Market Research Interviewer to support a research project by conducting interviews and recording responses accurately.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual or on-site short interviews on consumer opinions
- Record responses accurately and professionally by properly administering each survey without falsification of data and bias
- Follow scripts while keeping the conversation natural
- Using proper interviewing techniques and adhering to strict methodologies and guidelines
- Meet assigned quota for survey collection
- Record respondent's answers with accuracy, including typing respondent's verbal answers to survey questions
- Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages
Skills
- Must be 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable speaking with people from all walks of life
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Eager to learn about consumer behavior and research methods
- Preference for Bilingual: Spanish
