Job summary:
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and data‑driven Marketing Automation Specialist to build, optimise, and manage automated campaigns that fuel our pipeline and enhance the customer journey. This role sits at the heart of our marketing engine, turning strategy into high‑performing workflows, nurturing programs, and personalised experiences through HubSpot. Key responsibilities: Campaign & Workflow Execution
Build, launch, and manage automated marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, forms, and nurture programs in HubSpot.
Develop multi‑step workflows for marketing activities and full funnel nurturing.
Support segmentation logic, list management, scoring criteria, and trigger conditions to ensure accurate targeting.
Run A/B tests on emails, CTAs, subject lines, and landing pages to improve performance.
Platform & Data Management
Maintain data hygiene through routine list clean up, asset management, and duplicate resolution.
Manage lead scoring models to support sales qualification processes.
Ensure proper attribution tracking, UTMs, and campaign naming conventions.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with demand generation, field marketing and creative teams to support integrated campaign execution.
Partner with SDRs and sales operations and to ensure smooth lead handoff processes and CRM alignment.
Support the build‑out of automated journeys for events, webinars, content downloads, and product campaigns.
Compliance & Quality
Ensure all automated programs adhere to best‑practice standards for email deliverability, GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, and data privacy.
Conduct quality assurance checks before launching campaigns to maintain accuracy and brand consistency.
Skills & competencies :
Experience building and managing campaigns in HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, lists, emails, landing pages, lead scoring).
Good understanding of marketing automation, demand generation funnels, and digital campaign execution.
Ability to create and interpret reports and dashboards.
Solid grasp of email best practices, deliverability, UTM tracking, and database segmentation.
Comfortable working with structured data, logic‑based workflows, and multi‑system integrations.
Detail‑obsessed, operationally minded, and proactive problem‑solver.
Comfortable juggling multiple projects while maintaining quality and precision.
Strong communicator who thrives in a cross‑functional environment.
Hubspot certifications preferred.
