The Marketing Billing Coordinator will support client service teams and ensure accurate billing, while managing financial summaries and ad-hoc requests for a major automotive account. Responsibilities Analyze contract terms and details to assure accuracy prior to generating invoices Perform multiple quality controls across all tier 3 client billing Prepare and quality check a high volume of multi-line billing files and invoice requests daily Provide supporting documentation in a timely manner as required to corporate billing department Resolve billing discrepancies and submit credit/rebill requests as needed Prepare and analyze billing reports for review by management Assist Account Management and Sales Teams with accounting related questions Manage and prioritize competing requests from internal and external partners Manipulate and analyze accounting data for reporting or reconciliation purposes Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies Responsible for day-to-day billing/revenue/bolthires recognition activities including month-end close tasks and miscellaneous ad-hoc requests Create billing data outputs and coordinate delivery / follow-up with client Support the Marketing Operations group with various continuous improvement projects outside of billing Troubleshoot data issues / errors internally and with account and marketing clients Provide innovative proposals to enhance the efficiency of the billing operation Manage relationship with client partners Interact with internal accounts receivable and payable teammates daily Collaborate to generate internal financial forecasting documents Handle multiple projects and tasks without supervision Document all billing associated processes and workflows Skills Exceptional bolthires Excel skills Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the account management team, field sales team, corporate accounting department and management without supervision Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion under varying conditions Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes-Oxley Junior leveled marketing experience required (1-3 years) Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Accounting/Billing/Finance related subject area Minimum 1-3 years of billing/accounting related experience Minimum 1-3 years of advertising/marketing agency experience bolthires Access experience SAP experience Salesforce.com experience Database/Data analysis experience Project management experience Benefits Paid Family Care for parents and caregivers for 12 weeks or more Monetary assistance and support for Adoption, Surrogacy and Fertility Monetary assistance and support for pet adoption Employee Assistance Programs and Health/Wellness/Comfort reimbursements to help you invest in your future and work/life balance Tuition Assistance Paid time off that includes Flexible Time off Vacation, Annual Sick Days, Volunteer Days, Holiday and Identity days, and more Matching Gifts programs Flexible working arrangements 'Work
