Job Description
InTouchLink is a leading engagement and communication platform designed for senior living communities. They are seeking a creative, early-career marketer to produce various forms of content, including visual, video, audio, and written, to enhance their marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Create visual content for social media, website, client information/training and campaigns
- Design marketing collateral (PDFs, one-pagers, flyers, presentations)
- Develop trade show assets (booth backdrops, signage, swag)
- Produce and edit short-form and long-form video (product demos, sizzle reels, clips)
- Produce and edit audio (podcasts, snippets, promotional content)
- Support storyboarding and content planning
- Write blogs, articles, and marketing content aligned with brand voice
- Edit and refine copy for clarity, tone, and impact
- Translate product features into compelling, easy-to-understand messaging
- Create and design email campaigns to support lead nurturing and conversion
- Develop sequences (pre-demo, post-demo, re-engagement)
- Write high-converting email copy for campaigns, newsletters, and updates
- Collaborate with sales to align messaging across outreach efforts
- Support planning and execution of webinars and virtual events
- Create promotional assets (landing pages, emails, social posts)
- Repurpose webinar content into clips, articles, and campaigns
- Help develop topics aligned with real industry pain points
- Manage and grow recurring newsletters
- Curate and distribute content aligned with industry trends and product value
- Track and optimize performance (open rates, CTR, engagement)
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership
- Use tools like ClickUp to stay organized and on track
- Take direction, execute quickly, and bring your own ideas to the table
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or similar
- Strong skills across design, video, audio, and written content
- Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Descript, etc
- Excellent writing and copy editing ability
- Native or native-level English fluency
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working across teams and adapting to different content needs
- A portfolio of relevant work (design, video, audio, or mixed)
- Include the word 'Storyboard' somewhere in your application
- Experience in B2B or SaaS environments
- Familiarity with content performance metrics and analytics
- Strong AI expertise
- Exposure to senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industries
