This Matters!) Simple House Capital Group acquires and scales service-based businesses (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and related trades). Our growth depends on building demand we own, not renting it from agencies or chasing vanity metrics.
We’re hiring a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to build and prove an organic lead engine, starting with community-driven channels (primarily Facebook Groups). This role is for someone who: • likes to build things from scratch • is comfortable executing first • enjoys turning chaos into systems • can lead through documentation, delegation, and accountability
This is not a CMO or VP role. This is not an agency-style role. This is not a “post content and hope” job. It is a role for a sharp operator who wants ownership, autonomy, and the chance to build something real.
What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)
Your initial mission is focused and clear: • Build a compliant, repeatable Facebook Groups–based lead engine • Generate inbound conversations with qualified service business owners • Personally execute while documenting what works • Create SOPs so the system can be delegated to VAs or community support No paid ads. No channel sprawl. Proof first. Scale second. What You’ll Personally Do (Early Phase) • Research Facebook Group rules, cadences, and allowed CTAs • Write and test post copy that drives comments → DMs → conversations • Manage early inbound conversations and basic qualification • Track weekly KPIs (activity → conversations → booked calls) • Document workflows, templates, and SOPs in real time How
This Role Evolves As systems prove out, you’ll: • Train and manage VAs or community team members • Own KPI tracking and performance reporting • Improve and scale what’s working • Hand off execution while maintaining ownership of outcomes You won’t execute everything forever — but you will own the system end-to-end.

This Role Is NOT • Not “strategy only” • Not graphic-design heavy • Not posting forever • Not running paid ads initially We already work with specialists when needed. Your job is to build the engine, then lead it through systems. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience generating leads organically (Facebook Groups, communities, forums, etc.) • Experience managing people and/or virtual assistants • Comfortable executing hands-on before delegating • Experience building SOPs, playbooks, or repeatable processes • Strong written communication • Service-based business experience is a plus If you’ve built something scrappy, made it work, documented it, and then handed it off — you’ll feel right at home here.
