About the position Responsibilities • Develop Best in class proposal-based channel marketing strategies. • Assist in establishing the overall SMB Go-To-Market plan. • Own marketing revenue goal with Vendor Business Manager(s). • Meet assigned revenue, profit and investment objectives. • Own cross-departmental planning and project management which includes establishing milestones, project tracking, driving mutual performances and meeting deadlines. • Identify incremental marketing opportunities to layer upon existing approved manufacturer partner's plans.
• Identify and collaborate with purchasing and sales team objectives in specified quarters and develop marketing plans to help achieve. • Develop relationship with manufacturer partners to meet with and discuss business opportunities and challenges. • Assess market opportunities and determine the best fit engagement campaign. • Identify new program activities/offerings based upon manufacturer partners needs and in alignment with overall Sales strategy. • Maintain high satisfaction ratings with manufacturer partners.
• Achieve ongoing measurement goals (KPIs) including but not limited to development of creative Marketing strategy & plans, relationship building & management with both internal and external stakeholders, overall manufacturer partners satisfaction and revenue growth. • Develop data-driven marketing plans and speak to results. • Travel to D&H Events when necessary. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required. • 6+ years Marketing experience required.
