Freitag Marketing is a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on delivering innovative marketing solutions. They are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the execution of marketing projects and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities Support the project management team in coordinating marketing projects across departments (SEO, paid media, content, design, and development) Assist in maintaining clear communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely project delivery Help manage project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple accounts Participate in client meetings, taking notes and following up on action items Monitor project progress and flag any risks or blockers to the lead PM Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before submission to clients Help improve internal processes and workflows as the agency grows Skills Experience in project coordination or project management, including internships or academic projects Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup Reliable transportation and willingness to travel minimally as needed to attend client meetings Reliable transportation and willingness to attend in-person meetings as needed Basic understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, paid media, social media, and content marketing Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana Exposure to data-driven marketing strategies and performance tracking Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or Zapier Familiarity with AI tools for optimizing workflows and task management Benefits Health insurance 401(k) with company match 15 days of PTO plus select U.S. holidays Company Overview At Freitag, we understand the unique challenges faced by small businesses in today’s digital landscape.
