Overview

We are a growing marketing automation and consulting firm seeking a full-time Marketing & Sales Specialist to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.

This role combines outbound sales development, CRM management, paid advertising coordination, and marketing funnel execution.

You will work directly with leadership to build predictable pipeline through outbound outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and paid advertising campaigns.

This is a performance-driven role with clear KPIs and growth opportunity.

    Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound & Sales Development
  • Execute outbound campaigns using Apollo and HubSpot
  • Prospect and qualify marketing leaders and decision-makers
  • Personalize cold email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Book qualified meetings to leadership calendar
  • Manage follow-up sequences and nurture responses
  • Track and improve reply and booking rates
    CRM & Funnel Management
  • Maintain and update records in HubSpot and GoHighLevel
  • Ensure proper lead routing and pipeline movement
  • Manage lifecycle stages and lead tracking
  • Support marketing automation campaigns
  • Monitor conversion rates across funnel stages
    Paid & Social Media Execution
  • Assist in managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  • Assist in managing Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and CPL
  • Coordinate landing page and lead capture optimization
  • Support retargeting and audience management
  • Track ROI and attribution performance
    Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in B2B sales or marketing
  • Experience with HubSpot and/or GoHighLevel
  • Experience running or assisting with LinkedIn & Facebook Ads
  • Experience with cold outreach and outbound sales
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Organized, metrics-driven, and self-managed
  • Comfortable working in a performance environment
    Preferred
  • Experience selling marketing, SaaS, or consulting services
  • Familiarity with RevOps concepts
  • Experience optimizing ad performance and CPL
  • Understanding of funnel analytics and reporting

Compensation Structure

Base salary + performance-based incentives.

    Incentives tied to:
  • Qualified meetings booked
  • Pipeline generated
  • Revenue influenced

Compensation based on experience and geography.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
