The Marketing Services Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing department's daily operations, ensuring accurate and timely materials for sales and brand awareness. Responsibilities Catalog Assembly: Prepare and assemble marketing catalogs for sales representatives and customers Literature Handling: Organize, count, and bundle brochures and other promotional materials for distribution Sample Fulfillment: Ship product samples to customers using Starship, include relevant marketing literature, log activities in Salesforce, and provide shipment tracking Tradeshow Support: Assist the Exhibits team with preparing and packing sample kits for upcoming tradeshows, and other support as requested Skills Ability to read and understand written and verbal job instructions and procedures Good telephone technique Skill and proficiency in the use of personal computer software programs including bolthires Office, excel, word and outlook Knowledge of general office equipment High School Diploma or GED One year office experience Ensure compliance to all FDA and Worldwide Quality & Compliance regulations (As applicable to the job function) Must have the education and experience to understand and comply with U.S.
