Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized math instruction and tutoring to students using the Mathnasium Method
- Create engaging and productive learning experiences that foster confidence and a lifelong love of mathematics
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a world-class educational experience
- Assess student progress, evaluate work, and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a clean and professional learning environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on best practices
Requirements:
- A passion for math and working with students
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Willingness to learn and be trained on the Mathnasium Method
