We are seeking a passionate and motivated Math Instructor/Tutor to join our team at Mathnasium in Lacey, WA. As a Math Instructor/Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students from KG-12th grade, helping them to understand, master, and love math. Job Responsibilities:
- Teach and tutor students in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method
- Assess student progress and engagement, providing individualized instruction and support
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality instruction
- Maintain a safe and professional learning environment
- Become proficient in digital educational materials and processes
Requirements:
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained on our methodologies
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities
