About Stellar Growth Stellar Growth helps local service businesses (junk removal, cleaning, home services) generate consistent leads using paid ads and simple conversion systems. We are looking for a results-driven Facebook Ads Media Buyer who understands local lead generation, not e-commerce branding. This is a long-term role for the right person. Responsibilities Launch and manage Facebook Lead Generation campaigns Create & optimize Instant Lead Forms Manage budgets Optimize for bolthires per lead (CPL) Monitor performance and adjust creatives/audiences Weekly performance reporting (simple) Follow proven SOPs (no client communication) Requirements (Read Carefully) You must have: Experience running Facebook Lead Form ads Experience with local service businesses (junk removal, cleaning, HVAC, etc.) Ability to get leads within 7–14 days Strong understanding of: Local radius targeting Broad targeting (no interest stacking) Fast testing & optimization Reliable communication Ability to follow instructions exactly ❌ No beginners ❌ No client-facing communication
