Summary
We’re AdSquad: An advertising agency that specializes in supporting B2B and DTC brands. Our agency is seeking a skilled Media Buyer who has a strong understanding of Paid Social Ads and Paid Search. The ideal candidate will be able to manage and optimize successful campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

Payment & Role Structure:
This role is an Independent Contractor role with varying hours per week – around 10-15 hours per week at most.
- What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage effective digital ad campaigns on -Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Communicate with clients to understand their objectives and deliver desired results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and success.
- Continuously test and refine campaigns to improve results.
- What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Experience managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (Written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
