Media Buyer – TV, Radio & Connected TV (Remote, Part-Time)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Part-Time
Experience Required: 3–5+ years in traditional and connected TV media buying
About the Role:
US Job Finders is seeking an experienced Media Buyer with proven expertise in purchasing and optimizing TV, Radio, and Connected TV (CTV) campaigns for marketing agencies or performance-driven brands.
This is not a digital-only role. We are looking for someone who understands traditional broadcast media buying and has successfully negotiated placements, managed budgets, and optimized performance across TV and radio markets—while also being fluent in modern Connected TV platforms such as MNTN and VIBE.
- You will work closely with agency leadership to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable ROI.Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute TV, Radio, and Connected TV advertising campaigns
- Negotiate rates, placements, and added value with networks and vendors
- Build media plans aligned with campaign goals, target demographics, and budgets
- Manage campaign budgets and pacing to maximize performance
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and audience insights
- Run Connected TV campaigns using platforms such as MNTN, VIBE, or similar DSPs
- Track KPIs and provide performance reports to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment
- Conduct A/B testing across creative, audience segments, and placements where applicable
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience buying TV and Radio media for agencies or brands
- Direct experience with Connected TV platforms, including MNTN and/or VIBE
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, GRPs, CPMs, and media planning fundamentals
- Experience managing media budgets and demonstrating ROI to clients
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize mid-flight
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills

- Experience working within a marketing or advertising agency
- Familiarity with performance tracking and attribution models
- Experience integrating CTV with digital retargeting strategies
- Exposure to multi-market or national campaign execution
