I'm looking for a skilled and detail-oriented freelancer to research and compile a targeted media list of 100 high-quality contacts for a book publicity campaign. The book explores manifestation through yoga and meditation and is aimed at readers interested in spiritual growth, conscious living, and personal transformation.
Objective:
To generate a targeted list of 100 contacts (U.S. and Canada only for now; UK optional) from the most respected and active media outlets in the following fields:

Meditation
Manifestation and personal growth
Conscious living, holistic wellness, spirituality
These may include major magazines, online platforms, blogs, podcasts, or newspaper lifestyle sections — but they must be relevant, current, and active, with a clear audience interest in these topics, and they MUST be open to a topic like manifestation.
