Medical Biller: Take charge of your accounts and insure claims go out accurate and on time...post payments and diligently follow-up on no pays and underpays. Work the aging report to make sure our clients are paid what they deserve. Heavy data entry, systems knowledge (EHRs, Excel), analytical skills, and communication skills required (phone, appeal writing, collaborating with co-workers). We are currently looking for candidates with experience in Mental Health Billing. If you have experience in other specialties and meet the other requirements, you should still apply! In order to "hit the ground running" you must have at least 3 years working as a medical biller. Experience navigating Medicare/ Medicaid/ Commercial Insurance (required), Auto/ Worker's comp (nice to have). Be sure to highlight your systems experience as well (TotalMD, Simple Practice, Practice Mate, Therapy Notes, Theranest, Ensora...as examples).
