About the position
- Responsibilities
- Travel to various healthcare facilities within a 40-mile radius to retrieve both paper and electronic medical charts.
- Accurately upload collected data into our secure system for further analysis by our coding team.
- Operate independently with the flexibility to submit end-of-day reports from home.
- Participate in a two-day, remote, paid training program to familiarize yourself with risk adjustment processes.
- Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and an insurance/liability policy in your name.
- Reliable and secure internet connection with a minimum 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
- Proficient in basic computer operations such as file downloading/uploading, file management, and document imaging.
- Strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential full-day assignments depending on project needs.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
