Licensed Medical Doctor (MD) – Full-Time Virtual Medical Assistant (Remote, PST Hours)
Job Type: Full-time, Long-Term
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM PST (Pacific Time)
Compensation: $6/hr (with performance-based increases)

We are seeking Licensed Medical Doctors (MDs) who are eager to apply their training in a professional telehealth support role. This is an opportunity to work in a stable, long-term, remote position—while gaining hands-on exposure to U.S. healthcare practices and standards.
Your Role
You will serve as a Virtual Medical Assistant, supporting our clinical team in patient care and documentation. This role requires strong medical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Support physicians during virtual consultations (documentation, triage, care coordination).
Manage inbound & outbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy.
Accurately document medical notes, referrals, prescriptions, and scheduling.
Communicate medical information clearly using correct terminology.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
Maintain daily presence in our secure virtual meeting room (camera on during shifts) for collaboration and accountability.
Requirements
Licensed Medical Doctor (MD) – required.
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal, neutral accent).
Solid understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows.
Reliable, high-speed internet (50 Mbps+), quiet workspace, updated computer, and noise-canceling headset.
Availability to work U.S. Pacific Standard Time hours.
Preferred:
Previous telehealth, scribing, or virtual assistant experience.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR platforms.
Prior experience working with U.S.-based healthcare teams.
