The role involves enrolling clients into Medicare Advantage plans, with a focus on customer service rather than traditional sales, and offers flexible working conditions. Responsibilities Enrolling clients into Medicare Advantage plans provided by the government (extremely easy to sell) Working within a system where team members below call leads, then hot leads are transferred directly to you on the phone *(No buying leads)* Simple process — more like customer service than traditional sales Skills Ability to enroll clients into Medicare Advantage plans Experience in sales or customer service Ability to work remotely or in-office Ability to set your own schedule Willingness to participate in paid training (2 weeks) Ability to work with a team and support system Strong communication skills Ability to handle a high volume of leads Benefits Paid training (2 weeks) to get you fully ready.
