Job Summary
Rocker Health is seeking a compassionate, client-centered Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality care to individuals and families across the lifespan. The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering therapeutic services using evidence-based practices and will thrive in a flexible, supportive, and innovative remote environment. This role involves working with a diverse population, including children, families, and older adults, through individual, couples and group therapy.
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
- Provide therapeutic services using various modalities, including:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Solution-Focused Therapy
- Christian Counseling (optional based on client preference)
- Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide crisis support and risk assessments as needed.
- Stay current with best practices, licensure requirements, and clinical trends through ongoing professional development.
- Qualifications
- Education:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Preferred experience with children, families, or geriatric populations.
- Familiarity with clinic-based or remote mental health service delivery.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Culturally competent and sensitive to client diversity.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
