Mental Health Counselor – Remote | NC Licensed
Location: Remote (Must be licensed in North Carolina)
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay Range: $35–$50/hour (based on experience and caseload)
Setting: Outpatient | Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults
My client, a growing and mission-driven virtual behavioral health provider, is looking for a dedicated Mental Health Counselor to join their remote therapy team. This is a flexible, client-centered role supporting pediatric, adolescent, and adult populations experiencing challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, trauma, addiction, and depression.
- Responsibilities:
- Deliver telehealth therapy services to a diverse patient caseload
- Complete assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
- Collaborate with care teams as needed to support integrated care
- ✅ Qualifications:
- Active NC license: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT , or equivalent
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
- 1+ year of post-licensure clinical experience (telehealth preferred)
- Excellent communication, time management, and EMR documentation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
