looking for an experienced mobile app developer (or small team) to build an MVP for a safety-critical mobile application used in field operations. The app will run on both iOS and Android and must function reliably in low-connectivity environments. This project involves: an AI-powered query interface OCR scanning of documents secure file storage optional SMS fallback mode a simple administrative backend Full project details will be provided after a shortlist is created and an NDA is signed. The MVP will include: Mobile interface for field personnel Ability to submit queries in text or voice AI-generated responses via external API Document scanning & text extraction Secure backend (cloud-hosted) SMS-based communication fallback when no data is available Basic user authentication Minimal admin dashboard Preferred Tech Stack (Developer may recommend alternatives) Frontend: React Native or Flutter Backend: Node.js or Python AI: OpenAI API or similar LLM provider OCR: Google Vision, AWS Textract, or similar SMS: Twilio or comparable provider Requirements Strong experience building mobile apps (iOS + Android) Experience with OCR and document scanning Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs Experience with secure authentication and data handling Experience with SMS gateways Good communication, reliable delivery, milestone-based work Deliverables Fully functioning MVP Clean documentation + commented code Working deployments in TestFlight / Google Play internal testing Short demo video showing features To Apply please include: Examples of relevant apps you’ve built Your proposed tech stack Your estimated timeline A brief outline of how you’d approach: AI integration OCR SMS fallback mode Whether you are willing to sign an NDA before full project disclosure Apply tot his job
