Corvus Consulting, LLC is seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer to support advanced unmanned air systems. The role involves applying model-based systems engineering principles and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure well-defined system designs aligned with mission objectives. Responsibilities Support Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) activities using commercial MBSE tools Assist in developing and maintaining system models using SysML, UML, or similar modeling languages Contribute to system and subsystem specifications and technical documentation Support requirements development, traceability, and verification activities Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, cybersecurity, and logistics teams Participate in technical and design reviews Skills Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics) Basic understanding of SysML, UML, or similar modeling language Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance Prior Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience (academic or professional) Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Experience supporting technical specification development Exposure to working with cross-functional stakeholders such as cybersecurity, logistics, test, or sustainment teams Active U.S. Secret security clearance Company Overview Corvus is a Small Business providing scientific, engineering, technical, operational support, and training services to Federal government and Commercial clients, focusing in the high-fields of Cyberspace Operations, Electromagnetic Warfare, Intelligence, Information Advantage Activities, and Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO).
