Role Summary:
Act as end-to-end QA Lead for Model N Flex programs within the Pharma Access landscape . The Project Lead ensures delivery excellence, compliance, and operational stability across Commercial, Medicaid, and Government Pricing processes integrated with SAP S/4 HANA and data pipelines.
- Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Functional Testing (System Testing, System Integration and Data migration verification and testing) of Model N Flex
- Oversee QA teams through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile).
- Lead validation of core business workflows ā Chargebacks, Rebates, Government Pricing, Medicaid.
- Review and approve Test Plans, Traceability Matrices, Release Notes per Genentech validation standards.
- Facilitate defect triage / root-cause analysis meetings with Scrum and Product teams to ensure closure before release.
- Ensure GxP and SOX compliance; maintain audit-ready documentation in Confluence and ServiceNow.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and mentor Scrum teams on best practices and automation adoption.
- Required Skills & Experience
- 10 + years overall QA experience with 6 + years in Model N Flex program delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of Model N modules (GP, RM, DRM, MDM, Validata).
- Expertise in SDLC, Agile, and Validation Lifecycle Management.
- Strong SQL / PLSQL and Oracle background for data validation and issue triage.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
